1. LAWN MOWING
Mow all lawn areas, trim obstacles, and clear grass clippings from walkways and driveways. Can dispose of clippings. Frequency as contracted, or as needed to maintain your lawn at a height of no more than 3 inches.

2. DETHATCHING
Dethatching consists of removing dead grass and moss from lawn area. This service helps prevent your lawn from getting a Deisease, Pest Infestation, Fungus or Unwelcome bugs. (If a graet deal of moss is removed it must be followed by a top-dressing, overseeding and removal of the cause of shade for moss not to return) 
 
3. SPRING & FALL CLEANUPS
Removal of all leaves and debris from all landscaped areas. Spring includes dethatching, Fall includes final lawn mowing. Additional scope as requested
 
4. STORM CLEANUP
Remove all fallen debris and trees from affected areas.
 
5. MULCH INSTALLATION
All mulched areas are to receive a renewal coating of mulch to a depth of 2 inches. New mulch beds will receive 4-8 inches depending on customer request.
6. ROCK & SOIL INSTALLITION
Rock or soil will be delivered and installed to the customers desired location and specifications.
 
7. HYDROSEEDING
Hydroseeding is a mixture of grass seed, fertilizer, mulch and water. By using this process you will see better and faster results than the traditional seeding method.
 
8. SOD INSTALLATION
Sod is pre-grown grass from a local sod farm. By using sod you can turn a yard of dirt into a fully grown lawn ready to enjoy in one day. All sod installed by KCR Lawn & garden landscaping comes with a one year warranty
 
9. GRASS SEED INSTALLATION
This process consist of spreading grass seed with a spreader and covering with hay. The hay helps the seeds from getting burnt from the sun, birds from eating the seed, and retains moisture that helps with the seed germanation process.
 
10. FERTILIZER PROGRAMS
Every fertilizer program will be personalized for every yard. We will take soil samples to help determine the appropriate treatment program to eliminate weeds/crabgrass and improve the health and appearance of your lawn.
